Our company is dedicated exclusively to providing offshore-based recruitment services. Our office is staffed with talented recruiters, and we invest heavily in our management team, process, and technology in support of those recruiters. This environment allows for promotion and advancement opportunities, positive morale, and most importantly high quality recruiting results for your business.
We offer three core services to our clients:
Job Board Recruiting: Our Job Board Recruiting service involves our recruiters screening candidates from job board searches (on job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, or sector specific job boards), job posting responses, or internal database searches. Our recruiters will screen each candidate over the phone to make sure they are still available, find out what they are looking for, and determine whether they are open to an opportunity you have available. Once we have a screened candidate who is interested, we can either pass their information to a recruiter in your office, or we can schedule the candidate for a phone or in person interview in your office, depending on your process. Advanced Research Support: With this service our researchers source active and passive candidates who meet specific criteria determined by our clients, based on skill set, experience, geography, etc., for either a job order or a generic profile (pipelining). For active candidates we’ll search free and fee based job boards for resumes, and provide you a screened set of candidates for your review. For passive candidates we’ll perform deep web research to find candidates who are not actively looking, and deliver you the name, company, title and contact information of appropriate candidates. We may also find resumes that are not posted on job boards through passive searching. If appropriate, we will process resumes sourced and job posting responses to ensure only candidates that are a fit for your job order or niche are entered into your database. Administrative Support: Our Administrative Support team can handle a variety of tasks for your team, including reporting, lead generation, resume formatting, database cleanup, reference checks, scorecards, etc. While PSG can’t support all administrative type tasks, if you have internal teams that spend their days completing work that is largely computer and/or phone based, there is a good chance we’ll be able to help. Since this work is more customized than our other services, we’ll work closely with you during implementation to set up the process and ensure our team is appropriately trained.

Do PSG’s recruiters have good English language skills? Our recruiting centers are located in The Philippines, a country of 100 million people where English is one of two official languages (Filipino is the other). In the Philippines, everything from newspapers to television shows to street signs are written in English. If you are familiar with the Philippines, you will already know that it is a country where English is widely spoken, that there is a strong cultural affinity to the US (given historical ties), and that for US companies there is no better place in the world to perform offshore voice-based work.
From a cultural perspective, the United States and Philippines have strong ties dating back to the 1800s, and consequently Filipinos have a cultural affinity for the United States. The result is an ability to be conversational with Americans, which other outsourcing locations typically lack. A few fun facts to highlight the ties between the two nations:
• There are 118 Starbucks in Manila alone (where our offices are located), each of which has a look and feel that is identical to those in any city in the US (the same goes for the countless Coffee Beans, Seattle’s Best, and Dunkin Donuts that dot the city)
• There are more NBA games broadcast in the Philippines than on broadcast and cable television combined in the US (basketball is considered the Philippines’ national pastime)
• Nearly 800,000 people in the Philippines work in the business process outsourcing industry, primarily serving US clients (In fact, our management team was one of the pioneers of this industry in the Philippines, and has led large scale engagements for such clients such as American Express, TimeWarner, AT&T, and Microsoft)
The above factors contribute to a large percentage of Filipinos having strong English skills, which allows us to be very selective in hiring our recruiters. To ensure our team members have top notch communication skills, we use a standardized testing process that scores candidates on the three linguistic categories of Fluency, Accent and Grammar. Any candidate who does not meet our expectations on one or more of these categories is not hired by us as a recruiter. Click here for more FAQs.

The Philippines was a protectorate of the United States for nearly 50 years. This created their strong cultural affinity with the US and caused the Philippines to become the third largest English speaking nation in the world. Filipinos enjoy watching American television shows and schools and universities mandate that classes are taught in English. Communication issues are negligible compared with many other outsourcing nations.
Filipinos have a reputation for quality and hard work and they excel as employees; their positive attitude toward relationship building and customer focus virtually eliminates the problems that typically plague other outsourcing nations. The Philippines have an excellent educational system. They also have a 95 percent literacy rate and produce more than 400,000 college graduates each year.
